Job Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for ensuring a quick and seamless onboarding and account opening experience for our clients. Our goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations by constantly innovating to improve the onboarding and account opening processes.
Process account opening/ periodic reviews, maintenance requests and static data updating requests in a timely manner.
Ensure all documentation received is updated, accurate and completed.
To provide prompt, accurate and quality service to internal clients.
Assisting in ad-hoc/ ongoing regulatory projects and performing relevant controls embedded in the KYC process.
Assist in the development of existing and new service stream methodologies. Drive innovation.
Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration to safeguard the firm's reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics or other related discipline.
1 year of experience in banks, forex / currency exchanges with account opening & periodic reviews experience.
Familiar in performing CDD reviews/ screening via system.
Familiar in AML/KYC/Regulatory regimes in APAC.
Equip with solid knowledge in crypto-currency and blockchain technology.
Effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin) with excellent interpersonal skills and conversant with all levels of employees.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to improve existing processes.
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, willing to learn and work as a good team player.
Fresh graduate will be considered for the position of Associate.
