Event Entrance Coordinator at GET Protocol

We are looking for independent and passionate people who want to build a better future for event ticketing with us. As an Entrance Coordinator, you ensure that visitors to live events and performances have easy access. This is a flexible, fun and dynamic side job in the live entertainment industry.

Our GUTS Tickets app prevents ticket fraud (fake tickets), gives artists and organizers more control over their events, and ensures a lasting connection between fans and creators. Under the hood we use the technology of GET Protocol.

Who are we?

Every day at GUTS we work to improve the unfair state of the ticketing industry. Since 2016, we have been at the forefront of NFT (GET Protocol) ticketing for everyday people around the world.

Our technology is used at events in more than 100 countries, for 500 independent artists at more than 10,000 events. To date, we have sold more than 2.8 million tickets worldwide and our work is far from done - we are constantly looking to improve our services, tools and infrastructure as our system is deployed in new markets and regions.

What do you do in this position?

As Entrance Coordinator you represent GUTS on location. You are responsible for access control of various events throughout the Netherlands. Your activities include:

Giving scan instructions to the employees on location;

Monitoring access control and influx;

Ad hoc solving problems of visitors or the client;

Report on the course of an event;

Providing online support to our ticket buyers and visitors on location, possibly supplemented by working from home/office.

Most events can be combined well with your studies or other (side) job in the evenings or at the weekend. For ticket sales for major events, you can choose to support our customer support department and help customers through our online channels.
