Role and Responsibilities:
Monthly closing and financial reporting to Headquarters
Prepare the Journal entries for revenue and costs
Prepare the Journal entries for Payroll and tax
Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
Act as the main contact for banks and handling the fund transfer requests
Assist the Manager and tax advisor to prepare the supporting document for tax filing
Support the Manager in handling external audit
Support other statutory reporting requirements and ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
More than 5 years of accounting experience or audit experience
Foreign owned company finance experience
Business English, TOEIC 800 or above
Proficiency in Excel
Experience on Kanjo-bugyo, or other accounting system
Oracle is preferred but not a must
