Public establishment for cultural cooperation which results from the merger of two schools in 2011: the Higher School of Fine Arts of Toulouse, a royal academy founded in the middle of the 18th century, and the Center for Higher Studies in Music and Dance founded in 1993 by the State and the City of Toulouse.
