EPI advocates for every worker to have access to quality jobs with fair wages, affordable healthcare, and secure retirement. It engages in research and analysis to understand the economic status of working America and recommends public policies aimed at enhancing the economic well-being of low- and middle-income workers, evaluating how these policies impact them.
