After a little over a year in-market, we already have several industry-leading customers in a variety of industries, with tens of millions of dollars in annual recurring revenue. Purpose of the role:

Our marketing goals for the next 12-18 months are:

Drive awareness among payers of Machinify and its team as innovation leaders that deliver uncommon results

Bring our messaging and marketing presence up to the same quality of our products and technology

Position Machinify as the premier place to work on interesting hard technical and business problems that are truly moving the needle on healthcare costs

What You’ll Do:

You will be the first marketing hire in the company and thus play a leading role setting our marketing vision, establishing our brand values, and positioning Machinify as a leader in the market for AI technology and solutions. A major focus of the role will be to create and deploy content that helps achieve the objectives above. Specifically:

Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that includes messaging and positioning, go-to-market plans, sales enablement, and customer engagement programs

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use these insights to inform product positioning and messaging

Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure that product features and capabilities are effectively communicated to customers and prospects

Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and ROI calculators

Develop and manage customer engagement programs that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy

Track and analyze product marketing metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, and use this data to optimize marketing programs and strategies

Hire and manage a team of product marketers as the company grows.

About you:

7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B software industry

Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies and tactics

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred

Bonus points:

You have experience in emerging healthcare technology marketing

You are familiar with machine learning and AI

You have a technical background
