Description
There is a shortage of entry-level career placement opportunities for college graduates upon their return from college/university. The Fellowship is designed to specifically address this challenge by advancing recent college graduates in their career goals and expand their network for long term employment. The Fellowship Program equips the fellow with soft and hard skill development to support career success, encourages ongoing personal development, and promotes individual agency.
