Entering and working in spaces that are large enough for a person to enter but have limited means for entry or exit, have unfavorable natural ventilation, and may contain or produce hazardous atmospheres. Confined space workers must be able to assess the hazards of the space, use proper safety equipment, and communicate effectively with other workers.
