Park Place Refuge is a Non-profit 501(c)(3) organization for the homeless. We're a startup established October 25, 2022 in Hayward, CA. We are currently securing funding through fundraisers, donors, and sponsors, so that we can obtain our Mobile showers. We want to bring hospitality to the streets by serving the community with compassion. We do what we do because individuals deserves to succeed and be useful in this society.
