The NEO-PI-3 (NEO Personality Inventory-3) is revised from previous versions of the NEO, and this article on the NEO-PI-3 came out in 2010. The NEO-PI-3 is meant to perform better in adolescents than the previous version. It is designed for ages 12-99 years and takes 30 to 40 minutes. This test is available through PAR (https://www.parinc.com/Products/Pkey/275) and covers what are often considered the five major personality domains (Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness).
