This week I would like to present different News event layouts.

The first layout shows the articles, a press release from the World Meteorological Organization and 2 posts then there are 7 Claims Tables which allow you to read the event.

The tags used to filter the claims are: Casualties, Background, Climate, Damage, Relief operations, How to help, Outcome.

The second layout is more "plain" but it has the advantage of quickly and objectively showing the editorial lines of the articles and their publishers. The Claims are Tagged so if you prefer the first layout, it will be easy to adapt this one.

The third is a mixture of the 2 previous layouts

To source a claim I use the article from which the claim comes

I always try to look for objective sources or those considered authorities on the Topic, I also try to find a balance between publishers.

This week, here in Chile, it was the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the military coup. In addition to the News event "Chile commemorates 50th anniversary of civil-military coup" I also added music by Víctor Jara, an artist brutally murdered by the military in 1973 and music by Violeta Parra, one of the greatest poets of the 20 century.
