Kotobuki-kai is an event where the geiko and maiko from Kyoto's five geisha districts perform. Although large-scale public performances are held annually, each district also hosts a more intimate performance. In Kamishichiken, this event is called Kotobuki-kai, showcasing a blend of tradition and entertainment through performances1.
