Soon the Supreme Court may over turn that ruling

Call to Action
“On Monday, April 22nd, the Supreme Court will begin to hear oral arguments for Johnson v. Grants Pass, a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that barred municipalities across the western United States from punishing their unhoused residents for sleeping outside, even when there are no available shelter options. Many think that the Supreme Court will likely side with the establishment that has fought to continue to sweep its poorest constituents, so it’s imperative that the people show up in solidarity with our unhoused neighbors!
Join the Bay Area mobilization on Monday, April 22nd at 10:00am as we march from the Federal Building, to the State Building, and then ending at San Francisco City Hall. At each stop there will be speakers representing a large solidarity network of organizations.”
