We take pride in our many selections of food and drink options. You can choose from premium coffee, tea and specialty drinks such as lattés and Cappuccino. We also have a wide selection of breakfast bagels, sandwiches, soup, salad, pastries and desserts. Every sandwich and breakfast bagel is made fresh to order! In addition, we also carry beer and wine if you are looking for something with a little less caffeine. Besides our wonderful food and drink options, the large space, decor and ambiance is what make us unique. Established in 2013. La "Promenade" comes from the French word which means to take a leisure walk or stroll usually along a park or waterfront. La Promenade Café was carefully named since we are located near Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. We opened our doors for business in June 2013. However, this café has a long history dating back to over 35 years! We have completely renovated the place with new wooden floors and mural paintings depicting French cafés scenes which give it its charm. Although the café has been updated, it still has a good old fashion customer service and courtesy. It is one of the biggest and most spacious café in the Outer Richmond District. Whether you are coming in to study, meet with old friends or just to have a good time, take a stroll down to our café and we'll have plenty of seats for you. We hope to make your experience at La Promenade Café an enjoyable one!
