Last year, Bitdeer introduced the SEAL02 mining chip, following a tape-out—a critical stage where a chip manufacturer evaluates the functionality of its design before mass production.

Bitdeer, before advancing to the SEAL03 model, developed the SEAL02 mining chip in partnership with TSMC, achieving a power efficiency ratio of 13.5 J/TH at lower speeds and, together with TSMC, bringing it into mass production shortly after testing.
