Support the growth of all OTC trading activities within the APAC region, with a specific focus on high-touch and automated OTC services

Identify and capitalize on new trading opportunities to drive volume and revenue for the OTC desk and liquidity systems

Develop and maintain strong relationships with counterparties and liquidity providers

Execute trades efficiently, providing competitive pricing and liquidity solutions to OTC counterparties

Enhance trading strategies by understanding clients' liquidity needs and optimizing execution services accordingly

Collaborate with developers to automate and streamline trading processes for increased efficiency

Address trade-related inquiries both internally and externally, ensuring seamless execution and client support

Work closely with internal teams, including Trading, Product, Technology, Operations, and Legal, to enhance institutional trading experiences

Provide market insights and feedback to refine product offerings and ensure continuous improvement in trading solutions

Work with Sales/Commercial team to strengthen existing relationships to drive increased trading volumes and deepen engagement with institutional clients
