The Office Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of Gemini's Headquarters, supporting the company through rapid growth. The role requires an in-office presence of 4 days per week with 1 remote work day per week.

Candidate Profile

  • Act as a company representative

  • Monitor visitor and employee access

  • Assist with conference room scheduling

  • Maintain security procedures

  • Maintain clean and welcoming office areas

  • Assist in planning events

  • Address employee queries

  • Liaise with building management vendors

  • Coordinate office equipment needs

  • Manage kitchen and supply orders
