Candidate Profile
- Design, implement, and manage People programs focused on employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management
- Act as a key partner to People Business Partner, People Ops, and other stakeholders
- Analyze data and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness
- Partner on change management efforts
- Support Uniswap in being an inclusive space
- Partner with People leads to develop scalable strategies
- Stay updated on People trends and best practices
Compensation & Perks
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
- Ability to work in New York City SoHo offices
- Proven track record of managing People programs
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in HR software
- Experience in growing or evolving organizations is a plus
