- Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Russia market, aligning with local customs and regulations to maximize outreach and conversion
Compensation & Perks
- Good spoken English, able to efficiently coordinate with the headquarters team
- Based in Moscow, with deep knowledge of the local and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) markets; candidates with local industry resources are preferred
- 2 years+ of business development experience in the blockchain/Crypto/Web3 industry, familiar with the industry ecosystem and business models
- Experience in media outreach, able to connect with industry media, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and communities to promote brand exposure and market growth
- Experience in planning offline events, capable of independently organizing and executing industry events, exhibitions, and community operations
- Familiar with the business models of cryptocurrency exchanges, with knowledge in payment, liquidity, and compliance
