Lao Family Community Development, Inc. (LFCD) assists diverse refugees, immigrants with limited English proficiency, and low-income individuals and families. LFCD is committed to advancing communities in achieving long-term financial and social self-sufficiency. OUR DELIVERY MODEL Our delivery model offers best practice, client-centered, tailored, integrated case management solutions of care interventions, offering various types, scale, and intensity of care to create sustainable outcomes for those with complex barriers and needs (CalWORKs, GA, Disability SSI, AB109 Re-entry, Unhoused and Homeless, DV Survivors, Young Adults, and Refugees) We have had 75-100% outcomes. Our strategy focuses on five priority areas: Adult Workforce, Jobs, Career Technical and Education Programs Family Strengthening and Support Services Youth Career Preparation, Work-Based Learning and Higher Education Programs Earned Income, Asset Development and Financial Education Support Affordable Housing and Community Economic Development Initiatives
